Gentle Hatha Yoga with Nicole Chanley
About Gentle Hatha: This yoga class takes the push out of your day, using slow movement and breathing to gently energize muscles and joints. We will then dive into a relaxed series of grounding postures leaving the body stretched and refreshed. Classes will also offer opportunities for deeper breathing exercises and meditation.
Kundalini Yoga- Let’s Explore Our Creative Potential Together with Mark Davis (Prem Gian)
Thursdays | 6:30-7:45 pm (on break through January, resumes February 1, 2018)
Incorporating physical movement, meditation and chanting, these classes will help us focus on and explore the untapped creative potential within each of us. Kundalini yoga is specifically based on the belief that there is a well of energy, creativity and love within each of us waiting to be activated. Whether one wishes to apply this to a specific creative endeavor or to our living as a whole, who doesn’t want to become more loving, creative and alive?! Together, we can.
$12/donation- All LEVELS Welcome! Mats and blankets available. Wear comfortable loose clothes.
Mark is an acclaimed songwriter and author. He completed his Level 1 teacher training in Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) in October 2017
