Gentle Hatha Yoga with Nicole Chanley

Tuesday afternoon
Tuesdays | 5:30 – 6:45 pm.
Only $12 a class

About Gentle Hatha:  This yoga class takes the push out of your day, using slow movement and breathing to gently energize muscles and joints. We will then dive into a relaxed series of grounding postures leaving the body stretched and refreshed. Classes will also offer opportunities for deeper breathing exercises and meditation.

Kundalini Yoga- Let’s Explore Our Creative Potential Together with Mark Davis (Prem Gian)

Thursdays | 5:00-6:00 pm (Starting Oct 31, 2017)

Kundalini Yoga at Branch Mill Organics FarmIncorporating physical movement, meditation and changing, these classes will help us focus on and explore the untapped creative potential within each of us.  Kundalini yoga is specifically based on the belief that there is a well of energy, creativity and love within each of us waiting to be activated.  Whether one wishes to apply this to a specific creative endeavor or to our living as a whole, who doesn’t want to become more loving, creative and alive?! Together, we can.

$10/donation- All LEVELS Welcome! Mats and blankets available.  Wear comfortable loose clothes.

Mark is an acclaimed songwriter and author.  He will complete his level 1 teacher training in Kundalini Yoga(as taught by Yogi Bhajan) in October 2017

Crystal Skulls…What are they? Where do they come from?
Why are they here? How can I experience one?
Experience an enlightening evening presentation on the stories, myths and truths surrounding crystal skulls. Teressena Bakens will share her experiences working with ancient and contemporary crystal skulls over the past 15 years, as well as wisdom from Mayan nazul,  Miguel Angel Vergara, who transcribed the messages of the crystal skulls found in the Madrid Codex.
Teressena is the guardian of the crystal skull, Opheleah, who resonates with the ray of unity consciousness. Participants will have the opportunity to experience Opheleah first-hand in a group meditation, with sacred sound activations.
About the presenter: 
Teressena is a spirital midwife, helping people heal and transform through shamanic ceremony. Her path with shamanic practices began with Woman of the Four Skies, an Ojibwe Grandmother. She is a full-mesa carrier in a Peruvian lineage of shaman and a graduate of the Healing the Light Body School.  Over the past 18 years, she has worked with Mayan Nazul, Miguel Angel Vergara and received initiations in the Maya tradition, Together with her husband Martien, she facilitates group sacred journeys to Mexico, Guatemala and Honduras.

Winter Solstice CelebrationWinter Solstice Celebration- Ayni Despacho Ceremony

 A Despacho Ceremony is a beautiful way of honoring Mother Earth or Pachamama and the Apus or nature spirits that may take the form of mountains, rivers and lakes. Please join in the winter solstice celebration to show our gratitude, love and respect for Pachamama and the Apus.
 An Ayni despacho is also done to express what we wish to manifest in our lives and in our community. Ayni is the Quechua word that means right relationship, everything in balance and harmony. It is a beautiful way for community to come together in ceremony.
The despacho ceremony facilitated by Teressena, shamanic healer and wisdom keeper.

Full Moon Ceremony

NEXT DATE TBA: Potluck at 6 pm. Ceremony begins at 7:00 pm. 

Native Americans traditionally called this moon the Full Beaver Moon as the beavers began to prepare for winter.
