YIN YOGA with Jill

Yin yoga is a nourishing and gentle practice that calms and balances both the mind and body, deeply stretches fascia and connective tissues improving joint mobility, invites a greater flow of chi, and brings balance to the internal organs and body systems. We will incorporate breathwork to support times of both active movement and release, easeful transitions, self-care practices, and the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine to support body, mind, and spirit. This practice offers the opportunity for a deep sense of relaxation and is a great way to begin the week feeling refreshed and renewed. This is an all levels class. YOGA FUSION offers a blend of Gentle yoga, Breath, Core, Balance, Meditation and, Restorative yoga. Gentle poses in combination with light core and balance will allow us to express ourselves in an individual yoga experience. In this all level class we will use a variety of props allowing us to enjoy a relaxing, renewing and restorative style of yoga. To deepen our yoga experience I will be offering Essential oils and light Reiki during Savasana. Please Wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat. Props are provided. Namaste’
