Ongoing Classes

YIN YOGA with Jill 

*Now at a New Time; beginning January 6th

Mondays – 6:00 – 7:15 pm

$12 per class or $40 if pre-pay for 4 classes.

Yin yoga is a nourishing and gentle practice that calms and balances both the mind and body, deeply stretches fascia and connective tissues improving joint mobility, invites a greater flow of qi, and brings balance to the internal organs and body systems. We will incorporate breathwork to support times of both active movement and stillness, easeful transitions, self-care practices, and the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine to support body, mind, and spirit. This practice offers the opportunity for a deep sense of relaxation and is a great way to begin the week feeling refreshed and renewed. HATHA YOGA with Nicole Chanley

Tuesday afternoons – 5:30 – 6:45 pm
Only $12 a class! About Gentle Hatha: This yoga class takes the push out of your day, using slow movement and breathing to gently energize muscles and joints. We will then dive into a relaxed series of grounding postures leaving the body stretched and refreshed. Classes will also offer opportunities for deeper breathing exercises and meditation.

KUNDALINI YOGA & CHANT

Wednesdays 6:30 – 7:45

These are inspiring, beginner-level yoga classes with a focus on meditation and chanting in the Kundalini Yoga tradition (as taught by Yogi Bhajan). The universe is a Song of which we are all a part. There is a well of energy, creativity and love within each of us – our own true song – that is waiting to be awakened and given away. Now is the time when we all need it most. 
All levels of experience welcome! Mats and blankets available. Wear comfortable loose clothes.
Classes are taught by Mark Davis (Prem Gian). $12 donation requested- or pay for 4 classes for $40. No one will be turned away for lack of funds- pay what you can.

YOGA FUSION WITH LOIS   

Lois Calmenson: RYT / Advanced Restorative Yoga / Reiki / Sound Baths

Thursday evenings 6:30 – 7:45

$12.00 a class 

YOGA FUSION offers a blend of Gentle yoga, Breath, Core, Balance, Meditation and, Restorative yoga. Gentle poses in combination with light core and balance will allow us to express ourselves in an individual yoga experience. In this all level class we will use a variety of props allowing us to enjoy a relaxing, renewing and restorative style of yoga. To deepen our yoga experience I will be offering Essential oils and light Reiki during Savasana. Please Wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat.  Props are provided. Namaste’
