Medicine Buddha Meditation with Bob Sachs*
February 25 @ 6 pm
According to Tibetan tradition, the origin of all healing systems on the Earth stem from the teachings of the Medicine Buddha. These teachings were then passed on through various divine and enlightened sources and
eventually appeared as the entire body of Ayurveda some 6 thousand years ago in the Indus River valley region. Even with such an ancient and mythic past, the teachings of the Medicine Buddha are particularly relevant in these times.*Author and local teacher, Robert Sachs will share this mythic origin to all healing and then lead participants in a traditional guided meditation on Medicine Buddha. This will include exercises and meditations for healing – for yourself and others.*
