All our native plants are in bloom and the bees, butterflies and birds are very busy and happy!

Our 2nd Annual Earth Day is just around the corner!
It’s our big event of the year-Earth Day 2016: April 23, 2016 from 9 am to 4:45.
We need volunteers to help with set up, welcome booth, raffle table, and parking attendants, information people and clean-up helpers.  Call 481-9205 for more information and to volunteer.  All volunteers get in free!
Lots of new classes and events at the Retreat Center.  Check them out below!
What’s New?

On the Farm:
The farm stand is always open every day.  It’s an honor stand so you just put your money in the slot. We have LOTS of fresh brown eggs with 16 new hens now laying delicious eggs- all fed pure organic/non-GMO feed and scratch plus all the greens from the farm that they can eat.

We also have lemons, kale, chard, spinach, beets and herbs: cilantro, rosemary, thyme, parsley, and oregano but we don’t put them out as they tend to wilt in the heat.

Just call us (481-9205) and we can pick you whatever you’d like. All are certified organic from the farm.

Take Huasna Rd. and follow the signs: Organic Farm Stand.
At Ruth’s Herbal Remedies:
We have a new and very user-friendly site.
Same place  with much more information, testimonials, and many new features.

Gentle Flow Yoga with Nicole

Tuesdays 9:30-10:45am
All levels welcome!  $12
We will be connecting our breath with gentle movement in this class, flowing through gentle postures to create calmness of the mind and awareness of the body.  Yoga teaches the importance of showing up, being present and taking care of ourselves. In Nicole’s classes, she hopes to share her love for yoga in a way that is supportive of wherever her students are in their practice. Yoga truly has something to offer everyone, whether it is a great stretch, a strong work out, or a moment to slow down and give back to yourself.
Nicole was fortunate to have been introduced to yoga early in life. Her personal practice began when she was a teenager and eventually led her to pursue becoming a yoga teacher. In 2014 Nicole did her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Ganga White and Tracey Rich at the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara. What began as a form of exercise, transpired into a way of living life. The physical aspects of yoga led Nicole to a better understanding of herself.
